Following months of meticulous groundwork, the highly anticipated Aman Residences Miami Beach has begun vertical construction, marking a major milestone for this exclusive oceanfront development in the Faena District.

After completing its complex foundation system and two-level underground parking structure, an engineering feat made possible through advanced soil stabilization techniques, general contractor Suffolk is now building upward. Construction is expected to progress at roughly one floor every two weeks through early 2026, keeping the 18-story tower, designed by world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma, on track for its 2027 debut.

Known for his signature blend of minimalism, organic form, and deep respect for context, Kuma has crafted a design that flows seamlessly between indoor and outdoor living. Aman Residences will feature 22 private homes, each with unobstructed ocean views, expansive balconies, and floor-to-ceiling glass.
